During my 14 years of mind/body/soul/spirit balance, I discovered a way of being that kept me in alignment. With life stressors constantly pushing and pulling on my energy, I had to learn how to keep my energy stable. The goal was to keep raising my frequency for optimal health and vitality. Through many life experiments and trials, I finally discovered the best way for me to spend most of time in a higher state of awareness. My love for life grew with my realization that magic surrounded me! The ability to tap into the infinite potential was life changing! Sharing the tools that I integrated in my life is now my mission. A combination of long flowing Swedish, Deep Tissue, Accupressure, Stretches, Reflex points, Hot towels and Intuitive Body Mapping are all integrated in your massage.
I specialize in Neck & Shoulders, Carpal Tunnel, Headache Relief, & Spinal Energy Movement. This includes the opening of the Auric fields, Meridians, Nadis, Chakras, & Dan Tiens.
