When I started this journey 7 years ago, I would have never thought that this
practice would impact so many lives.
Above all, mine. It has truly been a humbling experience to help so many people.
Expanding my skill set and pushing myself to take bodywork to a level
where it could be total body healing. Whether it be over time watching a
client’s body change leaps and bounds structurally, working with children,
volunteering for those who serve others, or prenatal sessions to birth. I have

Rachel is absolutely gifted. Her ability to read and communicate with the body, understand what it is asking for and needs, and then deliver far beyond what your body expected is what makes her one of the most gifted massage therapists/bodyworkers I have ever had touch me (and I taught massage therapy for 6 years). I have been in constant, daily pain for nearly 5 years. My body has been frozen following a surgery 2 years ago (2.5 years in pain before surgery). Today, one day after bodywork, my leg feels open, has greater range of motion, has more blood flow and vitality and my pain is down to a 2 (from an 8). For the first time in 5 years, I have hope of being pain free and able to trail run again. Greatest gratitudes.

There aren’t enough words to describe how awesome Rachel is. My 3yr old daughter has been experiencing terrible growing pains that have kept her up at night. After her first visit with Rachel she literally fell asleep after her massage, and then slept like a baby that night. I was such a great experience, and has helped my daughter so much. We will definitely be back!

Rachel is an extremely talented masseuse who knows exactly what’s needed to address your problem areas. My back feels significantly better after every visit, and she has given me loads of professional advice on stretches and exercises that would reduce my health and improve my posture. Rachel is fantastic, really listens to and addresses your specific issue. She clearly has a deep understanding of how all this works, and gives appropriate advice for ongoing improvement. I don't always appreciate how off-kilter my body has gotten until she's working on it! I always feel great when I leave there and the results are ongoing.
