With over 18 years of experience in a number of modalities, my goal is to work with you to assist you in the process of bringing the body back into balance.

My mission is to help you heal. I want you to leave your session feeling better, but my priority is your overall health. Choosing massage or other supportive services can bring the fast results you've been looking for.

A gentle form of natural healing that promotes peace, relaxation, reduces pain, and helps your body’s natural ability to heal itself. Reiki promotes an overall feeling of balance & vitality - recommended for physical, spiritual, emotional well-being. During your session, your therapist may feel called to use specific essential oils, crystal singing bowls, or Tibetan bowls to assist with shifting energy within the body. Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine. Your neck, back, and hips will feel looser and freer. Using light touch to move fluids of the central nervous system, your practitioner evaluates body tension patterns & imbalances. Session is conducted fully-clothed & lying down. Starla is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, caring, and in tuned with her clients. I’ve had a variety of services she offers and they all have been absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly gifted and can even get those of us that don’t know how to relax (or have difficulty relaxing) to unwind and melt into the table😊. I always leave feeling amazing!
