My name is Jayne and I look forward to alleviating your aches and pains while facilitating a greater sense of well being. I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist with over five years of bodywork experience and had the privilege of learning from, and working alongside, many premier healers in the trade.

I believe well-being should fit any budget because it's an invaluable means of attaining a healthy mind, body, and spirit. If you're looking for a relaxing escape, or have specific muscular disfuntion(s) and aches & pains, or both, then I welcome you to my massage studio to feel the difference.

Swedish Relaxation Massage

Emphasis: Lighter touch. Deep relaxation. Long soothing massage strokes. This type of bodywork is focused on setting an environment and applying techniques that promote deep relaxation and a parasympathetic response. Stimulating the healing aspects of the nervous system (parasympathetic) makes this massage modality crucial to well being.
