If you want to feel more integrated in yourself and who you becoming, sign up for a Zero Balancing session today. If you've worked through some of your mental and emotional material, there can still be residue in the physical body. It might manifest as physical symptom(s) or feeling of stuckness. Zero Balancing creates favorable conditions for moving forwards.
Zero Balancing was my door into bodywork and is the foundation of the quality of my touch and sensibility. My study of ZB began in 1995 and continues to this day. I attended the Florida School of Massage, graduating in 2004. I hold certifications in the practices of Zero Balancing and Holistic Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD). My interests in movement and precise touch are leading me to gentle effective ways to work with muscle pain.
My work is for the whole person. A symptom can reflect something from elsewhere in the body. A happier back, hips or shoulders makes a happier person. We've noticed that tension in the ribs makes one feel grouchy. That's a great time to come in for a session.
In 2012 I completed an intensive teacher training program and am now certified to teach Zero Balancing Foundation Courses. More than 30 years of taiji practice and teaching contribute to my groundedness.
What I love best about being a
bodyworker is that all aspects of me, head, hands and heart, must show
up. It makes it easy for me to listen to you and hear what you need.
Then we can work together to move forward toward improved health and
