Welcome friends,

     My name is Rachel Cain, (formerly Rachel Ostrowski), and I started my massage journey  almost four years ago at Columbus State Community College.  While in school, I got a taste of what it means to help restore people to function, freedom, and overall health.  My first real massage job came in the form of a popular spa chain in Dublin before making my transition into a chiropractic setting.  I served the Westerville Community for over two years in that setting before returning to a spa environment in Gahanna.  I am grateful for what I learned along the way and I am spreading my wings to open up my own practice here in the YuDu Salons Community.  Along with massage, I have also added an amazing new service called CryoSkin.  This ia beauty service that works with your body to help tone your skin, reduce cellulite, and eliminate fat cells.  Check out more on Cryoskin on my webpage!
