I am dedicated to advancing my education and research and have completed over 450 hours of continuing education for massage therapy and have studied myoskeletal alignment extensively.  My knowledge of essential oils also helps bring even more therapeutic benefits for my clients.  My goal is to help clients relieve their stress, alleviate their pain, and educate them on proper nutrition for their health and well-being.
