Caroline was absolutely amazing! I’ve often told her that she has magic hands. Caroline is the only massage therapist that has been able to consistently work out knots and kinks, especially in my neck and shoulders for the last 7 years. She’s professional and sensitive-understanding when I’d like quiet to relax and other times when I’d like to chat. Her facility is spotless, and completely sanitized. Her prices are fair-she gives more than its value. All told-I drive from the Northshore to her location on the westbank-worth the drive!

Caroline is great! She doesn't have a boney feel to her hands (yes, I must now include this in my reviews because of one experience I've had in the past.) She's relaxing and knows where to put the pressure for relief of aches and pains! I appreciated that she was quiet besides at the beginning. The price is standard and not overly expensive. I like that you can book an appointment online and their hours are great! I wish there was such a thing as a 24 hour massage place! I also appreciate that she doesn't waste your time. She can do a lot of good work in just a 30min massage. I appreciated that she honored my request of starting 10min before the appointment time so I could get out right on time for my appointment.
