Amy has been an active massage practitioner for 15 years primarily specializing in Deep Tissue techniques. Her approach is unique in her ability to provide intense relaxation while working deep into the body's layers of muscle and facia. She brings extensive experience to her appointments, allowing for a truly beneficial bodywork session. 


Amy is a graduate of Massage Therapy Training Institute. She obtained national certification from the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork shortly after graduating and is currently a licensed Massage Practitioner in both Washington and Colorado. Additionally, Amy has been a practicing yogi for 20 years and is a certified instructor in the Ashtanga Tradition. 

Amy resides in Enumclaw, Washington with her husband, daughter and golden retriever. She loves to spend her time outdoors hiking, biking, skiing, camping and climbing big mountains.
