What attracted you to a career in massage?


I love helping people out. I originally wanted to pursue a career as in sports medicine when I graduated high school, but that wasn't able to be fulfilled. When I married, I found out about massage therapy. When we moved to Colorado Springs I immediately enrolled in school and the rest is a career that has been very rewarding!

I love helping people out. I originally wanted to pursue a career as in sports medicine when I graduated high school, but that wasn't able to be fulfilled. When I married, I found out about massage therapy. When we moved to Colorado Springs I immediately enrolled in school and the rest is a career that has been very rewarding!

Which school did you attend and which certifications do you hold? 

I was fortunate to work and learn from the instructors at The Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy. There I received my certification in Neuromuscular Therapy in 2004. I also have received certifications in Hot Stone and Deep Tissue. After my time at CIMT, I received certifications as a Certified Infant Massage Instructor, Medical Massage, Ashiatsu, Sports and Pre-natal, post-natal and labor massage. In 2008 I received my certification and licensure in Esthetics and 2013 in Nail Care. I also hold a certification in Eyelash Extensions which I obtained in 2008. In 2017 I received my degree in Radiology Technology and I am currently also working part-time as a Rad Tech with x-rays.

Where are you available to provide massage?

Frisco at my private office of My Little Retreat. I also work at Moments Retreat for the guests who stay there.
