I grew up in Montana and have been a skier and athlete my whole life. After spending the last six years in Denver the opportunity arose to move my massage practice to the mountains. I am excited to be back in the mountains and to offer massage therapy at an office centrally located in Frisco, Colorado.
My specialties are Injury Prevention, Injury Recovery, SMRT, Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral, and Hot Stone Massage. I incorporate a variety of techniques into each massage and expect the experience to be pleasant, not painful.

I would highly recommend Wini! Both my sister-in-law and I got massages from her while we were in town from Minnesota. We both felt like the massages were relaxing and therapeutic, each of us having less tension in problem areas following the massages.
Something I really like about Wini is that she does continuing education even though it is not required. To me, this communicates a commitment to excellence and a desire to provide the absolute best service!
Lastly, Wini is simply kind and thoughtful. Her room is tastefully decorated, dimly lit, and complete with all of the necessary supplies and amenities—hooks and a chair for clothing, purified water, essential oil diffuser, tissue, plenty of pillows (my massage was a prenatal one and she was SUPER attentive to what would be the most comfortable) and lots of clean, soft blankets and sheets.

Appointment started right on time. We discussed the results that I hoped to achieve and the areas of my body that were causing some pain. I received a deep tissue type massage and Wini was quite competent at eliminating those "knots". After the therapy, we discussed how I felt, as well as some recommendations for other types of activities I should consider to improve my health. Overall, excellent experience.

I love the techniques that you used and although I am super sore, I know it was worth it. Wini knew exactly what I needed for the areas that were hurting and she worked so hard to make sure they were given adequate attention. Thanks for the amazing hour of attention to my pains! Bodywork By Wini is hands down the best place to get your regular massages. Wini is a highly skilled massage therapist; she has advanced knowledge and application in many techniques. However for my mind what truly defines Wini as the best is a true instinct and ‘feel’, a genuine connection to the patient on the table. Wini always communicates what she has done, why, and what maybe some of the issues are. She gives simple but excellent advice. Wini’s prices are extremely fair for the amazing quality of work.
