Hello, I'm Holly, a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with a heartfelt mission to empower tired women in reclaiming their vitality and rediscovering joy in their lives. A period of intense personal and professional stress, compounded by consecutive viral illnesses created the perfect storm which led me to an array of medical doctors, naturopaths, and allied health professionals over the last nine years. Enduring relentless fatigue, debilitating muscle weakness, and a diminished quality of life, I finally was diagnosed with ME/CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), post-viral syndrome, and long Covid. I channeled my licensed expertise and unwavering determination into revitalizing my own health. This transformative experience ignited a profound commitment to guiding others on their healing journeys.


Recognized as a Preferred Practitioner for the Society of Oncology Massage my focus extends to supporting women grappling with ME/CFS, long Covid, post-viral fatigue, Fibromyalgia, and Cancer-related challenges. Embracing a holistic approach, I acknowledge the intricate interplay of the digestive, endocrine, nervous, and immune systems in addressing these multifaceted conditions. Through compassionate care and tailored therapies, I strive to empower my clients to thrive and embrace a renewed sense of well-being.

The massage by Holly was by far the most relaxing and calming I've experienced. Holly incorporated the massage with reflexology, sound and vibrational healing therapy, and a warm towel on my back to further the soothing. I was treated with kindness, acceptance to my issues and viewed as an individual who needed healing, support, and encouragement. I appreciate every aspect of my massage and look forward to my next appointment.
