Everyone was very friendly and pleasant from the time I booked my appointment over the phone, until I left. The check-in/out process was very smooth, and I appreciated being able to complete my paperwork online prior to the date of my service. The general atmosphere is calm, clean, and comfortable.
The only major suggestion I have is to please change the overhead lighting. After my massage, I was asked if I would like the lights on. It was a little too dark for me to be able dress, so I said, “Sure.” However, the lights immediately flashed on and were extremely bright halogen-type lights, that are directly over the table. Dimmable lights, or simply softer bulbs would be a great improvement. Also, it would be convenient to have a robe available in rooms, so clients would not need to get fully re-dressed if they need to step out of the room for a moment.
Overall, I would recommend Radiant Wellness and return for service if I was in the area.

I’ve been to multiple spas around the world. The place was very nice walking in. The room was well sized, no clutter.
The heated blanket was a bit much. I understand the need to loosen muscles in preparation for a deep tissue massage, but it was very hot, to the point of being uncomfortable and impacted my relaxation.
Also, I know we are in America and I’m sure there are guidelines to maintain decency in a place of business. That being said, there is a lot of towel manipulation to ensure that only the part of the body being worked on is exposed. This coupled with a heated blanket had me begging inside for the masseuse to finish one part so another area of my body could breathe, then wait 10-20 seconds for the towel manipulation to commence. A simple single towel which covers everything in the groin and buttocks area would have been sufficient to keep myself under wraps and maintained a professional environment for myself and the masseuse.
Overall a very nice place and would recommend but I would mention with the caveats I identified.

The massage was not very good I could tell that the guy didnt really know what he was doing, he also didn't do good at all with time management and didnt give me a full body massage like I had requested, I never even got to flip over to do the front side of my body. He also talked the whole time which made it not very relaxing, overall I feel like it was a complete waste of time and money.

Being a former Massage Therapist I would not recommend Jose. I stopped the massage after almost 30 minutes. There was nothing about this massage that was relaxing. I have given and received hundreds of massages over the last 20 years and this experience is in my bottom 5. Jose worked on my back for the first 25 minutes of an hour massage with no fluidity of movement. There were maybe 5 movements repeated over a dozen times. There was nothing even about his routine and I felt very uneven when he decided to move on to my leg for about 1 minute. I stopped him at this point for the first time I had ever asked a Therapist to stop working on me. This experience was like someone was just putting lotion on me with no rhyme or reason of movement. Jose is a pleasant person, just not someone I would refer.

This was my first time ever getting a massage, so I do not have very much experience with which to compare Radiant Wellness. They seemed very professional. I called a few minutes before the appointment because I was lost, and they were helpful in getting me to the location. The massage itself was great. I chatted with (the owner?) before I left, and I don't even remember the conversation because of how relaxed I was! This was a special treat for me, but I am looking forward to going back the next time I am able!

This was my 10th visit to Radiant Wellness, and I continue to be pleased with the facility, the staff and the service. I initially came in because of tightness and pain in my back and shoulders. Jose took the time to listen to my concerns, described what he planned on doing to help relieve my pain, and worked several different techniques into the massage, listening and adjusting his style based on my feedback. I can't say enough good things about this business or Jose. They are the best at what they do, and I would recommend the to anyone suffering from sore, tired, right muscles and joints, or for someone just looking to relax. The bed was uncomfortable and low to the ground so the therapist often held his upper body weight on my lower back, causing me more pain- mostly in one spot. This was not a part of a normal deep tissue massage- I’m getting to that part. Eventually he raised the electric bed and stopped putting unnecessary pressure on my lower back. The worst part of the massage was that he started off really fast, preventing any possibility of relaxation, and instead furthering the tension. Then he proceeded to laugh at me not being able to handle the torture. My thoughts were between crying and getting up and leaving only five minutes in. I politely requested he provide less pressure and could tolerate the fast strokes when it was only superficial. Any professional masseuse knows the deeper you go the slower you go. I would not recommend this place at all.

Clare did an amazing job! This was my first massage and I was so nervous. I finally had enough of tension migraines for the week and made an appointment to try to get help with it. When Clare brought me back she asked if I had any areas that I would like attention to and immediately I told her my neck shoulders and back were big ones but I need a full body relax. So she did just that! When I left I can honestly say I felt blood flow in areas of my body where I don’t normally. 24hrs later when I got up I felt energized and ready to take on the day!! Thank you for the relief I was looking for!!

I have had many massages from numerous places. This reception area was the smallest and most uncomfortable I’ve been in. NoroIm required to fill out information so that they get know about me in prep for my session. That did not happen. I’ve also never had a massage with a male so I should have asked but I also think that question should have been asked when I scheduled.

Loved my massage therapist. She was able to get kinks out I had long ago forgot I had. I feel like a new woman. My only real issue is with ambiance. I felt like the blanket was thin and without table heat, didn't suffice. The leg bolster also seemed small. The room itself was very dim until the lights were switched on, then it was more like a doctor's office. I felt like there needed to be a somewhere-in-between setting. But, I did enjoy the sound in the room and, once on the table, was able to fully relax.

Called them around 10:30am to see if they he any openings for a couples massage said they had one at 6pm. I declined as it was to late for us. Around 11:15 the receptionist called and said they had a cancellation for 12pm. Accepted and arrived with good hospitality. Also a little bit pricer than most places for a couples massage.

She also took care to massage my calves lightly since I sometimes get leg cramps in them.
My right knee which I had twisted also felt better after my massage.
