Relaxing atmosphere
The atmosphere was great.

Everyone was very friendly and pleasant from the time I booked my appointment over the phone, until I left. The check-in/out process was very smooth, and I appreciated being able to complete my paperwork online prior to the date of my service. The general atmosphere is calm, clean, and comfortable. The only major suggestion I have is to please change the overhead lighting. After my massage, I was asked if I would like the lights on. It was a little too dark for me to be able dress, so I said, “Sure.” However, the lights immediately flashed on and were extremely bright halogen-type lights, that are directly over the table. Dimmable lights, or simply softer bulbs would be a great improvement. Also, it would be convenient to have a robe available in rooms, so clients would not need to get fully re-dressed if they need to step out of the room for a moment. Overall, I would recommend Radiant Wellness and return for service if I was in the area.

When you are a parent you want the best for your kids, you remind them how anything is possible in life. My children look up to me so one day I asked myself why not be an example for them. I was not able to go to a four year college for economic reasons, but I love to help people. One day at my husband's former employer they were offering massage lessons, and that is when I knew that massage therapy was what I wanted to do to further my education. I attended VASOM I got my certification and license to perform massages all over the United States. Before running my own business I worked at massage envy, I was given the opportunity to work with great coworkers, amazing clientele that became close friends.

What I do is not only a career, it is my passion, I enjoy what I do. I love that both my husband and myself could do so much for our families and friends by doing what drives us to keep going further with life.

Zaida is the VERY BEST massage therapist that I've had work on me in all my 17 years of using massage therapy. I live in severe chronic pain and every single time I'm on her table she knows EXACTLY what needs focused on. She is impressively knowledgeable and effective. More often than not I walk out of there pain-free after barely being able to walk in. She is HIGHLY educated and often teaches me things to do when I'm at home. She genuinely cares about her clients. Most physical therapists that have worked on me didn't have her level of knowledge or skill. I cannot give her enough praise. Thank you, Zaida, for all you do for me. You've drastically improved my quality of life.

I only got 50 mins of massage time even though it's supposed to be 60 mins. She tried to target my specific areas (knee, neck, and legs), but told me that she couldn't get it done in 60 mins. Never been an issue for me with other therapists. Relaxing, but not exactly what I'm looking for.

One month after graduating from high school, I enthusiastically started my education at the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage in Falls Church, Virginia. Claire has a very calm and friendly demeanor. She asked appropriate questions and provided excellent service beyond just the massage. Her technique was wonderful. The only issue I had was that at the start of the massage, her hands were cold. It took a while for them to warm. Often, my hands are very cold, for no particular reason, so I understand this being a personal issue. But in a situation such as massage, it is a bit jarring. That is the only reason I lowered my professionalism rating. Otherwise, I thought she gave a thoroughly great massage.

Clare did an amazing job! This was my first massage and I was so nervous. I finally had enough of tension migraines for the week and made an appointment to try to get help with it. When Clare brought me back she asked if I had any areas that I would like attention to and immediately I told her my neck shoulders and back were big ones but I need a full body relax. So she did just that! When I left I can honestly say I felt blood flow in areas of my body where I don’t normally. 24hrs later when I got up I felt energized and ready to take on the day!! Thank you for the relief I was looking for!!

Michael was very professional and respectful. He listened when I described to him my problem areas and concerns and used his best judgment to ensure I got the best result. He really knows how to do deep tissue work, I was quite surprised. I tend to have a lot of muscular tightness, especially in my legs, back, and neck.
