We apologize for the inconvenience! The no-shoes policy is a temporary a COVID-19 precaution. We’ve ordered disposable covers when we re-opened that are taking longer than usual in the mail due to the pandemic. The next time you come in, we can offer small bags that you may place over your feet. Be assured, we clean the bathroom everyday with a sanitizing solution and vacuum the floor before a UV light treatment. Please notify the front desk if something was not to your liking!
Hello there anonymous reviewer! We are sorry for the inconvenience - the refilling out of paperwork is due to the new client system we are using. We have noticed some clients are being prompted by the automatic system to fill out the intake forms again after each visit and are looking into why this issue is occurring with tech support. In the meantime, we thank you for your patience and input!
Hello anonymous reviewer, we apologize after reading that you had such an unfortunate experience! Please let us know next time as the music in each room is adjustable for each room. We are able to place a small cloth over the light fixture for your next visit. We will be sure to let our clients know these can be adjusted in the future for their visits.
