Life is Movement ~ Be Fluid ~ Go the Way of Water
Offering individualized, preventative care using an array of healing practices.
Being a massage therapist gives me great satisfaction. I whole-heartedly love what do and it shows in my works. I approach each session with respect, honesty, empathy, experience and professionalism. There are few things better than offering pain relief to clients. Whether working post surgical or addressing a stressed out nervous system, helping people back to a healthier, happier state is what I’m all about.

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage incorporates the use of heated stones as a tool to apply heat to specific areas on the body. Combining this with deep tissue or other forms of massage creates a powerful detoxifying and invigorating treatment that can relieve chromic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.
Contemporary Cupping Methods
Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues.
