At long last, a massage therapist that listens! Kate kept up communication throughout to make sure I was comfortable and that she was hitting the areas that were giving me the most trouble. She made use of some techniques that were just as much relaxing as they were unique. She's also incredibly kind and personable. The only negative -- which is actually a compliment to Kate's demeanor -- is that I talked too much. You see, Kate is so nice and inviting that it's easy to get lost in a conversation and not focus on breathing the way I should have while being massaged. But again, this is NOT Kate's fault at all -- that's all me and my big yapper! I knew I had a great massage because I woke up this morning with slight discomfort in the areas she worked on that are similar to the aches you feel after working out. If you're looking for an LMT that is going to listen to your pains and hone in on them with laser precision, Kate is your gal! I can't recommend her enough and I plan on returning. I'm so happy to have found someone close to home who is such a consummate professional in their craft. Thanks Kate!
