I like massage express; however, having multiple price increases over the past couple months with no infrastructure changes hasn't been ideal.

We strive to give our customers the best service at the best price possible. We have only had one price increase but one price did not get changed and had to be corrected. As for as infrastructure changes I would have to disagree. We have spent a great amount of money upgrading our systems and have allowed our customers to book online.
