Im not sure what I expected initially when I arrived, outside of making sure I didn't die from my water cleanse (a dramatic 1st timer LOL)… But when I say the level of professionalism, cleanliness, and welcoming spirit from Denise and the establishment … it was out of this world. Oddly enough I felt so welcomed and immediately felt like I was safe in her hands. It was honestly the absolute best experience I’ve had in a really long time. Will I be back? Is an elephant heavy?… I’m coming back!!

I had to reschedule a previous colonoscopy because I couldn't keep down the prep liquid. I would recommend the colon hydrotherapy to anyone whose getting a colonoscopy. This cleanse really helped my procedure go well. Denise recommended a laxative as well afterwards but it wasn't needed.

I fidnt know what to expect when I arrived. It was the first time I had ever done anything like this. Though I was nervous at first, Denise put me at ease.
The atmosphere and ambiance was very soothing and calming.
The rooms are clean. I felt so very light afterwards. Woooo. What a relief. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
I suffer with arthritis and acid reflux. Since doing the colonic, my stomach has gone done, my knees no longer ache with arthritis pain and I have not had any problems with acid reflux at night.
I am encouraging my family to get a colonic to get a jump start on better health. Thank you Denise and staff.

Not knowing what to expect for my very first colonic, I feel that there could have been just a little more information provided. When I read about how these work I assumed things would be different. Like the therapist would be more involved with the process. Hygienic facility and knowledgable professional staff. Denise was outstanding. A colonic can be an awkward and private procedure but I did not feel uncomfortable or embarassed at all. Im maintaining a clean diet following the guidelines I was provided and have had an excellent experience. Every body is different so your mileage may vary. I personally drank a liter of water beforehand and did not eat for 12 hours beforehand. I am a size 8 and my waist did shrink a bit but more importantly, my energy levels went up. I felt calm and clear leaving the facility. It took a while for things to get moving but once they did I was amazed at what came out of me. Recommending to all my friends and family who are willing to try.

I will not do an open system colonic again. Simply because I do not like having to insert the tube on my own. Because I had to insert myself, it came out too often and for this reason I do not believe I experienced the maximum benefits of the session. Denise was very nice and allowed me a few extra minutes since so often I asked her to stop the flow. So thank you. The ambience was great and everyone was pleasant and treated me well.

My first visit was a work in on a Sunday, when most employers are home relaxing, Denise was available and open for business.
I was a little apprehensive to have the procedure but Denise met me with a big smile and kind welcoming.
I went there because I contracted parasites and my friend who also sees Denise highly a colonic to help clean out the unwanted yuck. I was educated about why we should invest in our poop.
Yes I said poops, Do you know what your poop is telling you about your gut health? Interesting what gets stuck in your intestines that cause the human body sickness...
