Find Your Balance

Taproot Wellness & Bodywork offers Medical Bodywork (including neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and massage cupping), along with relaxation, stress management, hot stones, essential oils, and CBD massage. We also offer Ayurvedic consultations, and our in-house partners Shaw Family Practice and Mountain Top Acupuncture offer Naturopathic Medicine and Chiropractic, and Acupuncture and Craniosacral work respectively.

We bill insurance for car accident rehabilitation work, and offer Memberships to make your financial and time management a little easier.

Jamye also has experience treating whiplash, TMJD, tension headaches, scoliosis, low back pain, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and more. Over a decade ago I had back injury that resulted in a herniated disk. The pain was crippling. My legs were seized. A friend had to help me get into Jamye’s office and onto the table. At the end of the massage I was able to walk out on my own. It’s was brutal and she helped me.
