Tanya has given me my life back. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia almost 3 months ago at just 23 years old. Losing most of my functionality upon diagnosis, I was desperate for a solution. I used to have horrible flares in my hands, but Tanya has worked out all the knots in my hands which has made my flares disappear. Anytime I am hurting horribly, she always fixes me right up and gets me back to a functioning state. I am so grateful to have found her. She is an amazing massage therapist and someone I look forward to seeing every week.

You can only do what you can with the tightness maybe a few more times would help an then maintenance to keep them that way. When it takes the whole hour to work the same area an not get the muscles to relax. I will definitely go back because she beats me up good an that's what I need not some touch massage she works hard.
