Massage Therapy
I am extremely efficient in providing a therapeutic or relaxing chair massage in almost an environment. I have worked in many different setting providing chair massage such as spa parties, small offices, health fairs, county fairs, and even at the home. I try to be extremely flexible to my clients needs so they can get a great massage no matter the environment. I try to be as relaxing as possible with the use of essential oils, soft relaxing music, and some times a hand lotion massage for the really stressful days.
Deep Tissue is one of my favorite methods because I will do a mixture of trigger point and myofascial release in most of my sessions. I have had wonderful feedback from my deep tissue loving clients , and most are amazed at how much power I have for a smaller person!
Hot Stone is one of my absolute favorite add on's for a back treatment, to complete the most relaxing Swedish massage ever, or to ease stubborn knots into submission at the end of a session. Hot stone is extremely versatile and can be used as an extension of the hands to make any session magical.
I am very confident in my Sport Injury Rehabilitation methods as I have always worked in a rehabilitation setting and the majority of my clients initial visit is due to an injury. Sports massage are very helpful both pre and post event to help with redistribution of lactic acid, relaxing over worked muscles, and helping to restore muscles with oxygen and nutrient rich blood.
Trigger Point therapy is one of my favorite modalities when a client is suffering from tough adhesions, scar tissue build up, or very stubborn trigger points. I normally do a mixture of Trigger Point, myofascial release, and sports stretches in my therapeutic session due to the great feedback that I get from my clients about their healing. I have studied and applied Trigger Point Therapy for the last 7 years.
I have been providing Prenatal Massage since 2015, and it is the most relaxing for me as the therapist. I love being a part of the mother's relaxation routine, and helping ease the common aches and pains the growing body goes through. Massage can help ease lower back pain and stiffness, neck tension, leg cramps, and most common discomforts a mother may experience.
