Hello everyone! I'm Allie, an Integrative Life Coach with certifications in Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression Therapy, Astrology, Yoga and Life Coaching in addition to having my Bachelor's in Psychology. I have been actively studying and practicing Astrology for five years and use it within my Coaching practice as a tool to help you understand yourself better while navigating your healing journey.

When one area is out of alignment, other areas tend to suffer as a result. Under the physical surface of our bodies is an energetic system. Within this energy field lies our learned beliefs, thought patterns and our emotions. 
My goal is to assist you in becoming aware of these patterns so we can address any issues at the root level and initiate the healing process.
I choose to use Astrology within my practice because I believe that when we understand our true nature, we are able to live in our light and navigate our path in a more intentional way. 
Astrology is so much more than a way to describe your personality, it is the study of human experience. It shows you what you are capable of accomplishing and guides you through your karmic lessons for this lifetime. 
Whether it be through Integrative Coaching, Astrology, Past Life Regression, Hypnotherapy or Yoga, I look forward to connecting and assisting you on your journey.
