Having said that, I know she ran over because she wanted to make sure the service I received was excellent like the color selection, the coloring, and the cut. I would much rather have that happen than a quick dye and color that wouldn't be what I wanted.

I guess I would say that I was surprised when Charlene asked me if I ever broke my clavicle... I did as a kid 38 years ago. Anyone that could identify a trauma experienced in the body from nearly 40 years ago, has to know what she is doing.

First time for everything and it was explained very well! The only thing I would comment on is the accessible entrance? There wasn't a sign so we were not sure where to park or which entrance to use? To get to the massage room you had to climb several stairs and sometimes that could be a hindrance. But the overall experience was wonderful!!
