Cascada Meridian Spa is independently owned and operated by a single therapist.  I am a southwest Michigan native who earned my certification from Advanced Fuller Massage School in Virginia Beach.  In addition to my state license, I have gone above and beyond the minimum requirements to achieve my board certification.  Professionally working more than ten years in the 5-star spas of Asheville NC and surrounding areas, I bring my experience of the higher end spas to my treatments: incorporating heated towels, attention to detail, and a pampering touch.  Combined with this spa like experience is my approach to providing therapeutic work for pain management without the "no pain, no gain" philosophy, allowing my clients to heal at a faster rate.

Due to my additional training, I enjoy taking a holistic approach to healing the body.  I love to include Aromatherapy essential oils, Cupping, Gua Sha, Myofascial release techniques, Reflexology, Thai Massage, and Esoteric Healing to name a few.  My passion as a therapist is the desire to help ease and heal through energy and touch therapy, and provide a detailed, customized service to meet every individual's needs.

My first visit with Christina and it was so comfortable... the room was filled with the fragrance of essential oils, soothing music and the best massage table I’ve ever been on. Then the magic began... Christina had listened to the problems I was having and she went right to work and used several massage techniques that have greatly improved the pain I was experiencing. I am definitely going to continue seeing Christina. Thank You!

Christina is very attentive to your body's needs. She is not only therapeutic but very relaxing. I always fall asleep. I was battling a headache for 2 weeks when I finally went to see her. After her treatment I can say I am now headache free.
