First massage ever, very nervous and Amy put me right at ease. She explained everything in a kind and calming way then proceeded to work “her magic”. She shared where she saw tension and how she was going to relieve it and relax the muscles and I left feeling very relaxed and very cared for. Next appointment is booked!
