About Us

I love sharing my 25 years of massage experience and 18 years teaching yoga with folks in Botetourt County and surrounding areas. This is not your ordinary spa treatment; this is legit health care. You will complete health history information and we will work together to address your issues from pain relief to stress reduction. Some of the same people have been seeing me for over 20 years because I work to develop an ongoing plan of care to help you meet your goals. As a yoga teacher I can offer suggestions for stretching and other self-care between your massage appointments and offer private one-on-one yoga experiences. Continuing education is a big priority and I have traveled the U.S. and abroad to add to my skills. NOTE: Online booking is not available; please call, text, or email me.

Reiki session

A Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Gentle and profound. Before my Master level training in Holy Fire Reiki, I also took Usui Level 1 and 2 twice, as well as Rainbow Reiki.

CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral is a very gentle healing modality that works with the nervous system to help normalize the environment around the skull, brain, spine and spinal cord. The work is completed with client fully clothed and lying supine (on your back). I have completed CS1 and CS2 with Upledger.

Yoga for Osteoporosis & Scoliosis

A specific set of poses researched and proven to halt and reverse bone loss and lessen degree of curvature in the spine. Trained by developer and researcher Dr. Loren Fishman, I provide individual instruction in a series of weekly lessons which you will then perform daily at home, only taking minutes per day. The key is consistency and desire to see results. Available as a package of three lessons, $135 for osteoporosis or two lessons, $90 for scoliosis; sold as a package.

I am a native of Botetourt County, Virginia. I enjoy traveling and being outdoors, hiking, riding my Harley, cooking, baking, and reading. I also make functional and decorative pottery. I love my country life on 21 acres with my husband Wayne and kitty Luna.
I left a job I didn't like in 1997 and opened my practice in 1998. I fell in love with how I felt after a yoga class and trained to teach it in 2004 and 2005. Then came Reiki where I experienced the profound relaxation it could add and eventually made my way to Glastonbury, England, where I became a Reiki Master. Of all the education I have had and all the places I have been, there is no way I could choose just one as my favorite. They are all like my children so I love them all equally. And I love blending my skills to give you the best massage experience.
