I have going to see AJay for many years. I first started seeing her when worked as a warehouse employee. Standing on my feet for 10 hours, lifting objects ranging from 30-100 lbs, working in cold temperatures. She released a lot of the stress and trigger points which helped me continue to do my job painfree. I now work as an administrator for the same company which means I sit at a desk, in front of a computer, for most of the day. AJay has used her experience and training this keep this full-time employee and part-time student moving, including but not limited to reducing down time needed for recovery from ailments. From cold/flu sinus treatment to releasing tension in my wrists and hands(myofacial treatment) to taking the pressure off my uneven hips, she has kept me in better shape than I can keep myself. She truly cares about her clients, and wants what is best for them and for their bodies to keep than in the best health.

Cute little massage therapy retreat. Located on the lower level of the building, facing the rear of the building, there is less 9 Mile Road noise pollution which adds to the relaxation. You walk in and hear nothing but calming music and trickling water. The bathroom and treatment room are both very clean. The slippers you are given are clean and very comfortable. During the summer I have almost left with them on and left her with mine!
