I have a large bruise on the instep of my foot from the massage. My massage was cut short by 30 minutes. She didn’t give any post-massage instructions, I waited a while for water post-massage — not knowing that I was expected to walk out and be led to another room. Which further torqued me off since it was evident I wouldn’t be sneaking out, so why the pressure at check in to submit my card when all i wanted to do was sit and decompress prior to my massage appt?
