Chris was an absolute God send! I have been sooo stressed and experiencing anxiety and panic attacks for the last month and for the first time I was finally able to relax and finally smile. I have been a client of Cumberland Massage Therapy for at least 3 years, going on average every 3 weeks or so. All of those visits rate at least 4 stars, and usually 5. Every staff member I've seen (3 so far) pays close attention both to the needs I describe and the tensions and knots they feel. They read and respond to the muscle needs very well. They don't rely on a routine they follow every time. Conne, the business owner is extremely good herself, and she seems to select staff to get a balanced variety of styles and areas of expertise. You can also rely on her advice if she suggests you try another staff member whose style or area of strength might be a better fit with your current needs.

Conne provides a good massage touch/pressure and will go above and beyond if she recognizes a muscular issue. She has been my go-to massage therapist and friend for over 20 years and has worked on many of my athletes. Cumberland Massage Therapy is the five star best!
