Elizabeth Shaw is a results-driven massage therapist with over a decade of experience providing intentional, therapeutic care. A 2014 graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute, she has built a reputation for delivering focused, outcomes-based treatments that support healing and long-term wellness. Throughout her career, Elizabeth has worked in collaboration with rehabilitation centers, physical therapists, chiropractors, pain management specialists, and orthopedic surgeons. This multidisciplinary experience has shaped her comprehensive approach to care, blending clinical knowledge with a deeply intuitive touch. Her specialties include acupressure, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, assisted stretching, and relaxation techniques. 

Elizabeth has worked with a wide range of clients and providers managing orthopedic, neurological, and chronic pain conditions—including those recovering from motor vehicle accidents, managing traumatic brain injuries (TBI), multiple sclerosis (MS), or dealing with everyday fatigue and stress.
