People experience stress, aches, and pains. It’s an unfortunate part of everyday life. When trauma increases those pains or creates new ones is when people are pushed past their breaking point. My passion is to ease those muscle aches that everyday life and trauma can burden us with. I help all varieties of people; old, young, stressed, injured, and even those who just need an hour to themselves. Assisting to help ease pain and bring people to a happier state of themselves is what I strive for.
I know not any one singular approach to massage is for everyone, which is why I have been trained in multiple massage modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Thai, and Pregnancy specialty.
My educational background includes graduating from Globe University in Moorhead, MN with a Diploma in Massage Therapy along with continuing education from professional educators in various bodywork specialties.
