Welcome.

Health Essence Clinical Massage is a small functional nutrition and massage practice that helps her clients re-discover the function of muscles, bones and fascia through massage and functional nutrition coaching.
  
As an advanced massage therapist, I offer you the best relaxation massage for treatment and rehabilitation of injuries after a fall, auto accident or surgery.  Personally,  I sustained injury to my neck after two auto collision and the recovery process was long, but yours doesn't have to be.

Esi is very nice and knowledgeable about the body. I feel that if you're going to get a general relaxation massage, she's amazing for that. Yet, I have sports injuries and needed some deep focused work. I've only encountered five 5* masseuses or masseurs throughout the country. So, a 3* review should be considered good, but it's not the best massage in the world.

She took time to review data from other visits. Reviewed/eyeballed my frame and stance to better determine muscle issues and pain origins. Experimented with my range of motion and flexibility and spoke of the various kinds of massage that might be helpful. And proposed a plan of action to help relieve my constant pain. The massage session was well executed. My body relaxed and refreshed. Next day soreness was minimal. Looking forward to next session.
