About Us

Heather D'Errico is an LMT that has also worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach since graduating with a Master's in Kinesiology from the University of Central Missouri in 2013. She graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in December of 2016. As an LMT she incorporates both massage therapy with strength training and movement to help improve function with clients and decrease their pain and dysfunction.

Massage Therapy Session

Your massage therapy session can be Deep Tissue, Swedish, or a recovery of the two. We will determine what the best course of action is based on your areas of pain, type of pain, and goals of the session.

A recovery massage includes Swedish massage techniques. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

She has a passion for working with athletes as she is a professional athlete herself with Professional Women's Bowling Association. Her philosophy is to help clients and athletes to find a balance between their training and recovery to maximize performance and reduce dysfunctions that lead to injuries. Her goal is to help clients find long term relief from issues rather than the short term fix.
