The Coaching includes on-going hands-on education to help in create the habits required to support your desired lifestyle.
Yoga comes in the form of Sivananda Yoga, a classical system that emphasizes proper diet, exercise, relaxation, breathing, and positive thinking and meditation. The Hatha Yoga (physical postures) are tailored for your level of experience and physical abilities.
The therapeutic bodywork essentially combines John Barnes Myofascial Release Therapy, Muscle Activation Technique, and Swedish and Thai massage to ensure your body has the stability required to perform your choice of activities of daily living in a pain-free manner.
Personal training is all about resistance training for your muscles, including your heart (usually called cardio). After identifying the lifestyle you want to maintain, your personal training is customized to support your lifestyle choices.
