It is my deepest desire to support & encourage each client on their healing journey through heart centered, educated body work, resources & intuitive understanding. I've been practicing massage & bodywork for 11 years & it has been an incredible & fascinating journey that has not only brought healing into the lives of those I've worked with but also into my own life. I have learned & personally experienced how the body holds emotion & how this is often a component in chronic pain patterns. I am grateful & honored to practice this work.

In 2012 I received my formal Massage & Bodywork training through the Healing Arts Institute here in Fort Collins, Colorado. In April 2015 I earned Board Certification, through the National Board of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBMT). I specialize in Neuromuscular Body Insight Therapy, Prenatal/Postpartum, Nurturing Relaxation & Barefoot Ashiatsu. I provide effective massage to manage chronic pain & correct imbalanced muscular patterns, sooth the nervous system & promote regulation as well as deep, nurturing whole body reset.
