I’m Lacey—a licensed massage therapist, proud wife, mama of four, “LulaBelle” to one amazing grandson, and the hands and heart behind Lantern Muscle Co. I entered this field with one simple goal: I wanted the majority of my day to be spent helping people feel better. Not just better in their bodies—but lighter, calmer, more grounded. Relief isn’t a luxury—it’s something we all deserve.

When I’m not working on knots and nervous systems, you’ll find me behind a camera, elbows-deep in the garden, riding my bike, or mowing the grass like it’s a spiritual practice (because sometimes it is). I’m a lover of nature, small joys, and God’s good gifts—especially fresh air, four-wheel drives, and time with my rescue pup.

I bring kindness, intuition, and a bit of humor to every session. Because healing doesn’t have to be stiff or clinical. It can be real, warm, and honest—just like the folks I work with.
