Mackenzie has amazing skill and is aware of when to talk or when to let you fall asleep - yep, sooo relaxing I fall asleep!! Regarding skill, I’ve identified a couple of muscle issues and she has worked on them to the point that they don’t bother me daily after seeing her!

The whole experience was wonderful. MacKenzie is so calm, welcoming and friendly. She listened to what I wanted her to work on and did that and more. She had excellent varied pressure in in different locations. The massage gun was great to loosen up my muscles, especially my shoulders. The next day I am a little sore, but in a good way. I already rescheduled my next appointment!
