Decide Massage & Wellness was established in 2016. We cater to those looking to shed anxiety, relax a sore muscle, nurture an injury or just let the day go. Our premium services provide men and women of all ages a place to go to take care of themselves.

​We offer our clients a wide range of services including deep tissue, sports massage, or hot stone treatments.  Our staff will ask all the necessary questions to get at the heart of your ailments and then provide you with a relaxing environment where you can become a happier and healthier you.

Absolutely, hands down, the best massage therapist I've ever had the fortune to meet. She is a true healer in every sense of the word. She's not just there to give you a back rub- she truly cares about you and is an absolute muscle whisperer. Who else starts with a hot stone foot soak and then sits on the floor and massages your feet as she asks how you are and what you need? A very kind and intuitive person, that's who. What a gem.

I have had a lot of massages over the years. Carrie is top of the list. Deep massage but she pays attention to your body and will adjust where needed. I slept like a baby that night. And my inflamed knee felt better than it has in awhile. I love Carrie and the peaceful space.
