Our Clients come to us with unique challenges as they perform different physical activities at varied frequencies and intensities. Adding the fact that they all have different postures and physiologies makes a cookie cutter approach to treatment very ineffective. Rachel was amazing! She is a knowledgeable and skilled sports massage therapist who really knows and understands the body well. I came in without any expectations and lots of back pain and soreness throughout my legs and shoulders from training. Rachel basically made me feel like new again. I'm not going to lie, it was painful but it's because she knew exactly what muscles to address and the right trigger points to release. She's so great I signed up for a membership!

This practice doesn't feel like a business in the sense that all of their therapists have a stake in the success of the company and they really care about providing an excellent experience. If you're not satisfied, they're not satisfied.

I have found it difficult to get in contact with the office before, with the Daily Sports Massage deal they have been more responsive. The space itself is awkward, with some rooms better than others. I haven't been super impressed with some of the practitioners. Some people really sell products hard, which I find off putting. I understand it's a business, but I'm there to relax.

The ambiance leaves much to be desired from the quality of the massage tables (one heated, one not, also one was very rickety and made me nervous while being massaged, so that was not relaxing. The decor inside the rooms is very sterile, like mental Institution, not warm or welcoming and the linens used are very poor quality. The restroom, which is outside the office could also use some help. Both massage therapists were good, though different, which is fine in technique, but there was no consistency as far as types of products used during my massage. It feels less like a single business and more like a rental space where the therapists all run an individual business out of to do their own thing.

The owner moved my appointment time and did not tell me - luckily an automated email was sent to me and I caught the time change - I had to call them twice to get through to anyone and they did not admit their fault until I called them out on it. Upon examination of my future appointment, the therapist noted that AGAIN my next appointment had been moved to an entirely different day, and nobody had notified me! Other clients have had the same experience - stinks when you plan out your schedule to make these therapy sessions and then they can't follow through - very unprofessional.

I would suggest simple amenities in the room for clients: coat hooks, towels, hand wipes, etc. Also putting up an accordion screen for client privacy just inside the door to the rooms so the reception area doesn't have visual access inside them. I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out with Groupon CS why my voucher didn't allow me to redeem it. When I entered the office and explained to the receptionist about my technical difficulties, he stopped me mid apology to say that E-motion had already redeemed the voucher. A heads-up would have been better. Also, the room was too hot. I was sweating just lying still, can only imagine how warm the therapist must have been. A variety of oils would have been nice to choose from. The ambiance was nice and clean though.

I think some simple changes could help with the "ambiance".
For instance simply a coat hook or place to put your clothes when you change rather than throwing them on a desk, the linens didn't seem to be too fresh, and was wondering if they change with every client.

Great place but sometimes you schedule a massage and the change the time without first consulting you about it. It was only 15 minutes but when you go with someone and they change your times in both directions by 15 minutes (sooner for one and later for the other) that's 30 minutes of difference that makes a big difference.

Can usually accommodate my schedule, busy, but not crowded. The place is clean and every massage therapist I've had is really nice and does a great job. It can be difficult at times to book appointments especially if you are trying to book on a weekend or in the evening - but they have cancellations so if you ask, they can put you on a wait-list of sorts.

Overall it was great, I really like the previous locations Ambiance. The new location is pretty close to the busier street(traffic noise), the curtains aren't very good, so it wasn't really dark enough to be relaxed, the suspended ceiling just reminded me of an office setting rather then a relaxing massage place. The previous place also have candles or like a lavender scent which was relaxing.

It seems like the layout could use some work. I felt like I was interrupting someone else's massage since we had to walk through one room to get to the other. And then since the walls are thin, I heard all the talking happening in the other room.
It would also be nice if the sheets were not quite as thin, or a different color. Just a bit uncomfortable to know they're fairly transparent.
