Sarah has studied with Lynn and Ann Teachworth of Trunamics. Trunamics "offers an approach that gathers and integrates the best in therapeutic philosophies, techniques, and education to equip practitioners in providing the most effective experiences for their clients." Sarah applies these techniques to address both pain (symptoms) and the underlying causes of client discomfort and dysfunction.

Pregnancy Massage Therapist

Sarah completed an in-person Prenatal and Postpartum massage program at the East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon. This training included intensive anatomy and physiology of pregnant and postpartum women, contraindications in pregnancy, and hands-on application of techniques.

I've been seeing Sarah for massages for about 4 or maybe even 5 years now. I can't stress enough how professional, warm, strong, and skilled she is at massage. I trust that whenever I see her, she will be caring and professional. Her work has become an important part of my healthcare. She has helped work out some minor pain I've experienced over the years, but to my initial surprise, has also positively impacted my mental health. I struggle with anxiety symptoms, and I've found that her massage creates an emotionally safe and comfortable environment for my mind to wander. I'm forever thankful for Sarah, her skills and her hard work!

Sarah's therapeutic skills battle the abuse and injury I subject myself to from long hours at a desk or training in the gym. She does a great job of finding areas of pain and stress and making them go away with her strong hands combined with her knowledge and expertise of the human body.
