I have 24 years of massage and bodywork experience, helping clients resolve pain and dysfunction within their body, and providing stress reduction. Whether your issue is an injury, a chronic or postural problem, or just overdoing it, I carefully assess and treat the cause of the issue, as well as the symptoms. Therapeutic approaches in your session may include clinical massage therapy, the Emmett Technique and Bowenwork.

Jeff is very professional and knowledgeable. He assists you to your needs to heal. I was on medication, pain killers and even steroids for a muscle spasm to heal and during 8 weeks. After those 8 weeks I met Jeff and since the first appointment/session I started to feel how my body was healing and with the next I was off the pain killers and my body’s was feeling better and better ever since. I highly recommend him as a professional therapist

I was familiar with the gentle healing of Bowen therapy from treatment I received for a herniated disc many years ago. When I recently had some hip and leg pain, I reached out to Jeff for Bowen treatment. He's amazing. In just two sessions, my pain was gone and as an extra bonus he fixed some balance issues I'd been having for about a year. I'm so impressed with Jeff - he listens and devises treatment that zeroes in on the problem in short order. He's also warm and friendly.
