Jennifer has an extensive background helping individuals become all that they desire to be. Her desire to uplift others, help them manage their pain, and live an overall better quality of life, drives her to continue educating herself on the best techniques for her practice. Jennifer has been a personal trainer and life coach for more than 20 years. She graduated from the Central Florida School of Massage Therapy in Winter Park, and currently runs her own holistic massage and aromatherapy practice inside Eustis Chiropractic in Eustis, Florida. She specializes in pain-free deep tissue therapy, SoftTouch relaxation, sports massage, reflexology, and aromatic therapy. The majority of her practice focuses on special needs of clients requiring rehabilitative services for injuries, aging, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and overall better health. She approaches each client's needs individually, creating a unique massage and aromatic solutions to fit that person's unique situation. Her whole body and soul approach gives her clients a renewed and refreshed outlook on life, relaxed, re-energized and ready to for the next adventure!
