About Us

Greetings! My name is Adrian.

I am a massage therapist & bodyworker dedicated to humbly serving the community in the healing arts. It is one of my greatest joys in life to facilitate a soothing and rejuvinating healing space for all.

I completed the massage therapy program at LCC in Eugene, and I am grateful for all the knowledge and experience I gained from my time studying there. I am inspired to continually learn more and offer various healing modalities to suit many different needs. Currently I have training in swedish massage, deep tissue, hot stone massage, prenatal and pediactric massage, cupping, and working with therapeutic grade essential oils with AromaTouch therapy. Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage

Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Hot Stone Massage

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

The AromaTouch Technique, developed by Dr. David K. Hill, D.C.,is designed to bring about a state of whole body homeostasis. This technique uses various essential oils specifically chosen for their aromatic and healing properties, along with a light touch massage. The AromaTouch Technique uses specific guidelines and instructions for both dosage and application that make it a safe and effective way to receive the full benefits of essential oils.

Soul Deep Massage & Bodywork is born out of my love & desire to help others and be of service to the community in the healing modalities. Some of the services that I offer are Deep Tissue massage, Therapeutic massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Prenatal and Pediatric massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Chair massage, AromaTouch Therapy, and Cupping. It is one of my greatest ideals to create a deeply soothing and revitalizing healing space for all in the community. I would like this to be a space for people to slow down and be in tune with their body, listen to its important messages, and align with wellness from the inside out. Some of the qualities that I will bring to our massage session is a calm and grounded energy to help you relax and release the stresses of the day. I will bring my attentive focus to get a clear idea of your needs, and allow you to guide your session in alignment with your health goals. I will utilize my deep listening skills of the body during the session to assess what you are needing, and how to best assist your healing. Your boundaries will always be respected, and you I encourage you to communicate your needs at any time during the session.
