Soul Deep Massage & Bodywork is born out of my love & desire to help others and be of service to the community in the healing modalities. It is one of my greatest ideals to create a deeply soothing and revitalizing healing space for all in the community. I would like this to be a space for people to slow down and be in tune with their body, listen to its important messages, and align with wellness from the inside out. Some of the qualities that I will bring to our massage session is a calm and grounded energy to help you relax and release the stresses of the day. I will bring my attentive focus to get a clear idea of your needs, and allow you to guide your session in alignment with your health goals. I will utilize my deep listening skills of the body during the session to assess what you are needing, and how to best assist your healing. Your boundaries will always be respected, and you I encourage you to communicate your needs at any time during the session.
