This work is for clients who are over-stressed, overworked, or those who would like to be in a tranquil space without asking too much of the body.

In-Home Structural Integration Massage

Massage for recovery oriented clients looking to work through a chronic condition such as constant pains, unhealthy posture, injury, and athletes who require specific attention to overworked areas of the body. In this massage clients remain clothed in workout shorts and/or sports bra in order to assess posture and periodically track change throughout treatment. This work at times requires active participation in movement from clients in order to encourage change.

Chair Massage Consultation

Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. Chair massage is a fun way to break up the monotony of the work day and care for the health of your employees, as well as a unique addition to your next social gathering or event (bridal/baby shower, celebration etc). During this session the massage practitioner will give 5-15 minutes of massage per person. Everyone's needs are different. Call or message to customize your package.
