Caleb is amazing. As a woman, I feel a little apprehensive going to any masculine-presenting provider, but Caleb was kind, considerate, and went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. Literally, the best massage I have ever had. Caleb was friendly and took time to talk through my areas of pain/concern that I hoped to address during my session. They gave a truly excellent massage where I felt like my problem areas were being very targeted throughout the entire service. They provided me with some education about what was happening and recommended stretches. 100000/10 would recommend

Omg! I'm in love with this business! It's set in a beautiful old house. They are so welcoming to EVERYONE! I met them at pride eugene. Heather is so sweet and patient with my call when I got lost, as I always do! Caleb is such a funny sweet compassionate person. Their table was perfectly warmed before I layer down. It had cutouts for my "endowment ", making it the most comfortable massage table ever! The paper work is very comprehensive and Caleb reviewed it with me completely. He is very skilled, very professional and great strong hands if needed for deep tissue. He was always checking in with me during the treatment. He emphasized that I was in control of how the session would go. I was given a flavored water when finished. No push to reschedule. I will definitely return. What a great asset to eugene.

I came to H & B experiencing intense and unsettling nervous system/emotional issues and I am so happy to offer this review because my entire experience was one of empathy, nurturing and grounding from beginning to end.! The receptionist (Hayden) has a calm, warm, and professional demeanor that made me feel welcomed and prepared when I cam in for my appointment. The casual and welcoming interior is lit by natural light rather than fluorescent tube lighting-easy on the nerves! Both the therapists (Heidi and Caleb) were very kind and respectful, I never felt rushed, pressured or judged. Caleb took the time to ask sincere questions and really listened. He worked deep and effectively but consistently checked my comfort. He supplied me with some much needed encouragement and insight about what my body was telling me. I left feeling grounded, calm and cared for -and without pain.

My session was a lovely, relaxing experience with Caleb. He listened and checked in with me throughout the massage, was respectful and cautious about ongoing medical issues, and was knowledgeable on chronic pain, pre- and post-surgery care. As a trans man, I felt respected and safe. The office is private with friendly staffing. I was nervous as a first-time visitor, (and new to receiving massages in general) but will happily return as often as I can. The day after a 90-min session has greatly reduced neck pain, and I learned about hidden zones of muscle tension to work on at home. I fully recommend Harmony & Balance Bodyworks to any persons in the disabled and queer community as a safe place for massage and fair treatment.
