In today's busy world we need to take the time to care for ourselves. Massage gives us that moment to just BE while getting the benefits of a therapeutic massage. Deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, essential oils, headache relief and therapeutic cupping are the modalities that I specialize in.

Just BE Massage by Brenda is located within Attitudes Hair Salon. My move to Attitudes allows my customers to now add to their massage by including a sauna, steam shower or the other services that the full service salon provide...

In your office chair massage

Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist.

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
