I've been practicing massage for almost 20 years. I grew up in Lower Michigan and have a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan. In my last year of schooling I discovered a natural healing modality called Alexander Technique. Research into that led me to a massage school in my area and, after completing my degree, I enrolled at Flint School of Therapeutic massage and realized my desire to help people feel better through massage. I have seen many people reap the benefits of regular massage and I truly believe in its ability to improve overall well-being for everybody. It is my belief that massage doesn't have to be painful to be effective, and in my quest to provide the best massage benefits without pain, I have trained to provide Medi-Cupping services. Medi-Cupping is not like static cupping which can be very painful and yield bruise-like marks. Medi-Cupping is relaxing to the nervous system, and extremely effective in lifting and separating tissue to loosen tight muscle, knots and scar tissue. This separation, also, eliminates toxins and waste and enables water absorption and renewed blood flow to undernourished and dehydrated tissue. This treatment actually hydrates the muscle tissue!
