About Us

Our intention for each one of your bodywork sessions is for you to have the most profound experience possible which begins at the moment you come through the door. We do our best to extend to you the passion and gratitude we hold for being able to do work that we love. We approach each session by allowing space for what may arise for you while maintaining a supportive container for your process of transformation.

We offer the knowledgable touch of massage therapy as well as somatic education experiences, depth-informed coaching sessions including dream work and ritual development.

Mitchell attended the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork (PCAB) on the north shore of Kauai, a program that is rooted in somatic psychology, and affective neuroscience, providing the most comprehensive training of up to date science and integrative techniques. His chosen path of training supported his personal experience of using these methods.Prior to his life as a massage therapist, he worked as an emergency medical technician, master brewer at Culture Brewing Co., winemaker at Carruth Cellars, and continues to work as a handyman. Mitchell spends most of his free time surfing, climbing rocks, cooking healthy meals, practicing yoga, listening to and attempting to play music, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Whether you are an athlete, someone maintaining good health, recovering from injury, chronic illness, or trauma, Mitchell is an incredible addition to your journey.
